Our rates are listed below in USD: Personal Currency Assistant™

Week Days (Sun-Thu): $140/night (1-6 people; 7-12 people add $25/person).

Weekends (Fri-Sat): $430/weekend (1-6 people; 7-12 people add $25/person).

Weekly: $960/week (1-6 people; 7-12 people add $50/person). Two (2) Night Minimum.

Holiday weekend surcharges may apply.

All Rentals prices listed above do not include Applicable Sales Taxes
(currently add 16.75%).

NOTE: We reserve the right to charge a security deposit for groups in excess of 6 guests to cover possible damages or other incurred fees such as extra cleaning, etc. These excess fees will be charged to the guest credit card account after the rental and if in excess of the security deposit will be charged to the renter's credit card. Any amounts not used of the security deposit will be refunded within 10 business days following the end of the rental term. As a renter you acknowledge and accept this policy.
